1. Event Ticket Refunds

  • All event ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Shayari Di Mehfil.

  • Refund requests due to personal reasons, change of plans, or inability to attend the event will not be accepted.

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled by Shayari Di Mehfil, attendees will be eligible for one of the following:

  • A full refund of the ticket amount, or

  • The option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled event (if applicable).

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Event Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

  • Your ticket will remain valid for the new event date.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within the specified period mentioned in the notification to discuss available options.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same booking due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately. After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

5. Incorrect Booking Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information while booking tickets. Refunds will not be issued for errors caused by incorrect details submitted by the customer.

6. Payment Gateway Issues

If your payment is deducted but your booking is not confirmed, please contact us with your transaction details. We will verify the payment and either confirm your booking or process a refund if applicable.
